In our modern production facilities in Uşak, we produce regenerated yarns with a wide range of colors from 6/1 to 30/1 cotton-polyester blends. These yarns, which we produce with our quality and sustainability-focused production processes, are preferred in different textile areas such as knitted fabrics, socks and woven fabrics. With our vision of providing innovative and environmentally friendly solutions to the textile sector, we are one of the leading suppliers of the sector with our product range that appeals to different needs.
The excess pieces, known as trimmings, from the manufactured fabrics are collected and sorted after undergoing color and quality control checks. These pieces are then processed in the recycling section of our company, where they are shredded and converted into fiber through a recycling machine.
Since the lengths of these recycled fibers are shorter, they are blended with another fiber, known as the carrier, according to the customer's requirements and the intended use. This blend is then carefully processed through the open-end machine line in our facility, producing regenerated yarn with the necessary attention and precision.
Regenerated yarn is increasingly used in the sock, knitwear, and weaving industries today, as the number of end customers who are environmentally conscious and aware of sustainable production is growing. Unfortunately, producing one kilogram of cotton consumes 10,800 liters of fresh water, and as global warming reduces available freshwater resources, the demand for water is rising daily. The majority of the fresh water consumed today is used primarily in agriculture. With our state-of-the-art machine lines, we produce an average of 20 tons of regenerated yarn daily, saving 216 million liters of fresh water and continuing our production by keeping up with developments to contribute to a more sustainable world.
